WK1 S.A. establishes, as part of its policies, the importance of continuous improvement, both in its safety management and quality, through the provision of resources, the improvement of its processes, the promotion of the development of its work team, and the incorporation of technology.

Under these premises, the management sets the following general objectives:

• Implement and maintain an SGIA according to GFSI group standards and quality according to ISO 9001.
• Develop knowledge of the work team, including raw material suppliers, and instil a safety culture.
• Apply resources and technology to optimize processes, orienting it toward improving efficiency and product safety.
• Maintain an active communication to favor the continuous improvement of the SGIA, directing the work towards the satisfaction of our customers.

WK1 has been certified for products that take into account social and environmental management. The certifications include Rainforest Alliance, FSSC 22000, and SMETA in the following activities: Green Leaf Reception, Manufacturing, Packing, Sales, Marketing, and Dispatch of Tea.
